Wisdom Circles are conscious, online gatherings where we come together to explore and align with the truth, wisdom and love that is our natural essence - our True Self.
They offer a regular refuge for Being. A space to pause, to soften and to be who we already are.
In Wisdom Circles we are invited not to grow, improve or fix ourselves, but rather to recognise - and gently live into - our changeless, timeless nature, amidst a world that often pulls us into egoic misidentification, separation and distraction.
If you feel drawn to explore beyond conventional yoga, personal or leadership development, then Wisdom Circles are for you.
Each fortnightly, online session - accessible from the comfort of your own home - runs for 60-75 minutes, typically including:
- A gentle arrival into stillness and silence;
- A short non-dual teaching;
- Guided meditation / self-enquiry practice;
- Open sharing and dialogue (always optional);
- The opportunity for one-to-one enquiry with Natalie; and
- A take-home reflection that supports life integration.
