Buying a Class Pass saves you money and helps you to commit to making yoga and meditation a regular part of your life. Beginners and new students are best to start with a $79 Unlimited Classes Month Pass.
Classes can be pre-booked up to 14 days in advance and cancelled up to one hour before the class start time.
If it's your first time, please also complete the Registration Form before coming along and plan to arrive a few minutes early.
Classes start on time. Late-comers are accepted in the first 5 minutes, and after that the door is closed. This gives everyone the chance to settle-in and receive the same guided introduction and minimises disruptions. Thank you for being respectful of this.
Places in classes are limited to 15 people for personalised attention. There are places available in all classes - no need to call first!
