MONDAY: 6PM | Slow Flow (75mins)
TUESDAY: 9.15AM | Slow Flow (75 mins)
SATURDAY: 7.30AM | Meditation + Vinyasa Flow (90 mins)
Classes are held weekly, all year round, with the exception of three weeks over the Christmas and January holidays. And if I happen to go away for retreats, a relief teacher takes the class.
Class Bookings & Information
- Classes are held in the spacious, peaceful ambience of the St Christopher's Memorial Church Hall, Bicton - click here for location details.
- Purchase your Class Pass first. Then second, book your spot in a class listed below.
- If you cannot pay or book, don't worry, just come along! You can also pay in-person just before class.
- Buying a Ten Class Pass saves you money and helps you to commit to making yoga and meditation a regular part of your life. Beginners and new students are best to start with a $79 Unlimited Classes Month Pass.
- Classes can be pre-booked up to 14 days in advance and cancelled up to one hour before the class start time.
- If it's your first time, please also complete the Registration Form before coming along and plan to arrive a few minutes early.
- Classes start on time. Late-comers are accepted in the first 5 minutes, and after that the door is closed. This gives everyone the chance to settle-in and receive the same guided introduction and minimises disruptions. Thank you for being respectful of this.
- Places in classes are limited to 15 people for personalised attention. There are places available in all classes - no need to call first!
