An empowering, revitalising, beginner-friendly six week Kriya Yoga course for people who want to accelerate their inner growth, beyond just physical wellbeing.

Kriya Yoga is the yoga of energy. It combines meditative techniques with breath work and movement to channel kundalini energy, to awaken and transform our state of consciousness, with lesser emphasis on physical yoga postures.

This course is an entry point into Kriya Yoga as a holistic practice that integrates ‘doing’ and ‘being’. We explore techniques of the body, breath, heart-mind and inner awareness that quickly cut through obstacles and empower you to be, and become, the best version of yourself.
