Slow Flow Kriya Yoga is 75 minutes of integrated yogic practice with an emphasis on self-awareness and shifting energy, rather than just physical postures. 

You'll experience a powerful combination of meditation, Himalayan Kriya (cleansing practices), kundalini breathwork, slow flowing movements and yoga postures - along with inspirational music - releasing energetic blocks and cultivating strength, inner clarity and open-heartedness. 

Practised regularly, these classes support shifts in consciousness and spiritual growth, moving you from a state of contraction to one of expanded awareness and joy. 

Recommended for beginners as well as experienced yoga students.
