You'll experience a powerful combination of meditation, Himalayan Kriya, kundalini breathwork, laya movements, slow flow asana, devotion and wisdom - along with inspirational music - releasing energetic blocks and cultivating strength, inner clarity and radiance.
Practised regularly, the journey fosters shifts in consciousness and spiritual growth, moving you from a state of contraction to one of expanded awareness and joy.
Recommended for experienced yoga students, as well as yoga teachers wishing to expand their sadhana.
