A class combining meditation and a dynamic yoga practice.  

The class begins with guided and silent meditation, with specific themes and approaches to cultivate concentration, tranquility, open-heartedness and loving presence. We then explore a creative, energising sequence of yoga postures, synchronised with the breath, that builds in complexity to challenge the mind and body - and invites you to meet your edge!
