A slow-yet-steady strengthening and energising yoga class, along with mindful breathing (pranayama) and guided meditation. 

The 'slow flow' style combines Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa and more flow than Hatha. When repeated regularly, this practice steadily builds strength, vitality, flexibility, and cultivates ease in the heart-mind. 

This class is ideal for women 50+ with weight-bearing postures that strengthen bone density and reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Suitable for both beginner and experienced students.
