A longer, deeper, themed class combining meditation, yogic philosophy, mantra and a dynamic yoga practice.
The class begins with 30 minutes of guided and silent meditation, with specific themes and approaches to cultivate concentration, tranquility, open-heartedness and loving presence. We then explore a creative, energising sequence of yoga postures, synchronised with the breath, that builds in complexity to challenge the mind and body - and invites you to meet your edge!
Over time, this class offers transformation and spiritual growth. It is suitable for experienced and committed students, as well as yoga teachers, as support to integrate and 'live' the yogic and meditative life.
